Simplify your Workout
Knowing the basic movement patterns can simplify your training. A lot of people spend unnecessary time and stress on more intricrite movement patterns such as rear delt fly or lat raise or incline press yet can’t deadlift on one leg or shoulder press with one arm. It’s the basics that matter people.
