I was making my turkey balls this morning and wanted to tell all of you that these also make a great late night snack. In the third edition of G.I.Lane’s Meal Plan Recipe book it talks about eating protein and fat for a late night snack and gives a couple late night snack recipe options. This morning I realized these turkey balls could be a great addition to that repertoire. So now my top five late night snacks are:
